Come experience our one-of-a-kind Hawaii distillery located in the foothills of the legendary Koʻolau Mountains. Learn about the Koʻolau Distillery story and how we craft Old Pali Road Whiskey, one batch at a time with a narrated step-by-step guide by our knowledgeable whiskey aficionados.
We share what makes Koʻolau Distillery so unique and the steps involved in the whiskey distilling process: Mashing, Fermenting, Distilling, Aging, and finally Bottling.
We conclude with a whiskey tasting and an opportunity to purchase limited batch authenticated whiskey and other official Koʻolau Distillery souvenirs.
