The shuttle waits nearby; inside are new-model vans and the steady hum of air conditioning. In 20–40 minutes you can be at a Kona-area hotel, driven along volcanic coastline where black lava fields meet roadside ironwood and kiawe trees.

For domestic flights the greeter will meet you at the baggage claim; for international arrivals they meet at the curb outside customs and will be holding a sign with your name.
Each passenger is allowed two checked pieces of luggage and one personal item at no additional cost; oversized or extra items may incur charges.
Car seats are available for children 4 years and under for an additional charge — request at booking or call the supplier to arrange.
Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible on request if advised at time of booking; however, drivers cannot assist with boarding or disembarking due to insurance regulations.
