  • Driver must not have consumed alcohol before renting/during rental time
  • Can use on streets of Marathon and Duck Key on roads with speed of 35mph or less
  • Damage Deposit of $300 is required at booking. Cart should be safely stored and secured. Renter is responsible for missing or damaged carts.
  • Fully equipped with LED Headlights, comfort seating, cupholders, safety belts, convertible rear seat and windshield.
