A soft morning swell rocks the small boat as instructors unload cylinders and fins onto White Beach. Salt pulls at your hair and the sand beneath your feet is already warm; a PADI pro clips a mask into place and explains how the ocean will feel — curious, insistent, alive. For children from age 10, this is less a lesson and more a first conversation with the sea.
