Renters must be 25+ to operate the vessel and drivers born after Jan 1, 1988 must present a boater safety certificate.
Guests are responsible for fuel; an on-site $1,000 credit card authorization is required and insurance options should be discussed with the rental operator.
Snorkeling and snorkeling gear are permitted, but Florida law prohibits dive tanks on rental boats — plan shore-based dives with a dive operator instead.
