Nothing to be nervous about with our excellent ACA certified guides and the fun programs we run during our lessons. This 90-minute detailed lesson will have you learning the correct body mechanics, how to utilize different muscles, agility in the kayak, and how to utilize different edging techniques to increase time on the water and build strength rather than soreness!
