Q. I have never done this activity before. Will there be someone to show me what to do? A. Yes. An experienced member of staff will be on hand to provide you with a demonstration and safety briefing on your chosen activity.
Q. Do I have to wear a life jacket? A. Yes. Life jackets are supplied and must be worn at all times for your safety regardless of age or ability. We have adult, child and infant sizes.
Dress in layers and bring a waterproof jacket, as weather can change quickly on the water.
Use sunscreen, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat for sun safety during clear days.
