Adventure Tips

Arrive Early for Morning Calm

Mornings offer the most tranquil waters and abundant wildlife activity, so plan your trip to start early.

Wear Water-Resistant Gear

Dress in quick-drying clothing or swimwear, as splashes and wet seats are common during the paddle.

Bring Sun Protection

The creek’s open stretches offer little shade, so pack sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to stay comfortable.

Respect Wildlife Distance

Keep a gentle distance from birds and crabs to avoid disturbing their natural behaviors along the marsh edges.
