About This Adventure

Join our introductory kayaking clinics to explore the exciting world of kayaking! Led by experienced guides, you'll learn the basics of kayak operation and paddle techniques in a fun, relaxed setting at Lily Lake. Whether you bring your own kayak or use one from our rental fleet, adventure awaits!

Recently buy a new kayak? Had one for a while and looking to expand your adventure range? Trying to decide if it's for you before committing the $$ to buying boats, storage and transport solutions, and investing in a multi-day course?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, our intro to kayaking clinics might just be the thing for you!

Each session, we'll have one of our experienced sea kayak guides come in and talk to you about the sport and the equipment, and answer any questions you might have about how to get involved. Then they'll run a general "learn to" clinic and teach you the basics of how your kayak works and help you start to get the most of of it.

You can bring your own boat, or use one from our rental fleet at the Nature Centre. Casual and fun is the name of the game, Lily Lake is the perfect spot to help you level up your kayak comfort in safe and reasonably controlled environment!
