2. KAUAI MUSEUM - Kauaʻi Museum features amazing collections from the artisans of Kauaʻi and Niʻihau (a small eastern island part of Kauaʻi county). Entry Fee: $10 for adults. $5 for children. Open Monday, Wednesday & Fri SMITH'S FERN GROTTO Fern grotto river cruise, a journey of songs & stories of ancient Hawaii. 9. KILOHANA PLANTATION - Plantation Railway Tour, travel back in time & learn first hand the history of Kauai and the sugarcane industry. Traveling by tropical forests and plantation era houses. See over 50 fruits and vegetables with a stop at the farm yard to be greeted by herds of wild pigs, sheep, goats and an occasional horse & donkey. Train departs every hour from 10am to 2pm. $21.50 for adults, $18 for Seniors & $16 for children. FREE RUM TASTING at Koloa Rum Co.
