You step through the tasting-room door and the air carries a floral, sun-warmed sweetness — a compact gallery of jars, a tabletop campfire, and bench seating set for eight. The experience is small and deliberate: six raw Hawaiian honeys, each poured and paired with a bite that shifts sugar into savory, smoky, and herbaceous notes. It’s tactile, immediate, and completely sting-free.
