A warm tropical morning frames the drive from Ocho Rios toward the Blue Hole: limestone cliffs dripping with orchids, a clear river daring you to jump, and guide voices calling out safe lines for the next leap. At the Blue Hole you'll swap pavement for rocks and water—swinging from ropes, stepping down natural pools and scanning plummeting cascades for the best launch spot. Later, you float into the canopy on a rubber tube, the White River’s current alternating between playful rapids and lazy, sun-speckled runs.
