Requirements
Maryland State law requires that all drivers of Personal Watercraft must be at least 18 years of age with a driver's license. Passengers can be 3 years of age and older. Anyone under 18 will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign the legal documents. (Person Signing must show a Photo ID). A driver's license will need to be presented to verify the age for ALL DRIVERS. All watercraft can hold up to 3 persons, but all have a maximum weight of 400 lbs.*
