Anyone born on or after January 1st, 1988 is required by law to have a ($10) boating license permit to operate a personal watercraft in the state of Florida.
Ages 14 - 17 can operate with a parent/guardian. They will still be required to get the boating license. There will be a short safety course prior to your rental.
