Adventure tips

Arrive Early for BriefingPlan to arrive 30–45 minutes before your slot for safety checks, helmet fitting, and a short briefing.

Protect Against the SunBring sunglasses and apply sunscreen — glare off the track and water intensifies UV exposure even on cooler days.

Secure Loose ItemsLeave phones and loose accessories in a locker or with your pickup; high speed and wind will dislodge unsecured items.

Hydrate but Skip Heavy MealsDrink water before the ride but avoid large meals immediately beforehand to prevent discomfort during high-G bursts.

Recommended gear

Closed-toe shoes: Keeps feet protected when entering and exiting the vehicle and during boarding.
Sunglasses: Reduces glare from water and track, improving visibility at speed.
Light, breathable layers: Morning or winter breezes along the coast can be cool; a light layer is handy after the ride.
Small hydration bottle: Stay hydrated in Dubai’s heat — bring a spill-proof bottle to drink before and after the activity.
