No—many pools are calm and suitable for average swimmers, but conditions change with swell; follow the guide’s direction and avoid swimming in rough seas.

Swimming is weather-dependent; if conditions aren’t safe the guide will adjust the itinerary with more viewpoints and cultural stops instead.
