About This Adventure

Welcome to an exciting experience with Junior Chefs of America. We are excited to have you join our JCOA Culinary Class as a One-Day Pass Student. At Junior Chefs of America, we broaden our student’s food awareness by offering global culinary classes & community food sustainability experiences both in community and classroom. We have 5 Programs through One Great School, creating a well-balanced curriculum for all ages.

We have a UNIQUE approach to culinary education; we take our teens AROUND THE WORLD each year from September to September showcasing all the different cuisines in different parts of the world.

Our teens ages 13-18 will experience a class full of cooking techniques taught by the very best in the industry!

Our Professional Chefs have extensive background in the culinary field, and they are all to excited to share their knowledge with our students at JCOA.
