This one-of-kind whiskey adventure and history tour features a proprietary video documentary produced by Just IN Time Adventures. Learn about Jack Daniel's ancestry, his humble youth as an orphan, his surprising distilling teacher / mentor, and more. We will also present a compelling and unique, fact-based, theory regarding the true origins of "Old No. 7". Unraveling this topic has alluded many including experts around the world for nearly 150 years. Truth is, no one, except Jack, knows the exact reason he chose to prominently display No. 7 as part of his brand and he took that secrete to his grave. However, due to recent discoveries, one of our co-founders has formulated a unique and compelling theory which we present during our journey from Nashville to the Jack Daniel's Distillery.
Your whiskey adventure with Just IN Time Adventures includes a tour of Jack Daniel's Distillery and a premium whiskey tasting (formerly the Angel's Share tasting).
Following the distillery tour, you will enjoy some free time to explore the historic town of Lynchburg, TN. Here you will find several shops, eateries and even a small winery. For those interested, we will lead a walk over to Jack Daniel's gravesite at the nearby cemetery.
Once our time in Lynchburg is complete, we reboard our luxury 12 passenger executive van and begin making our way back to Nashville.
However, the fun is far from over! We will make a stop at the Nearest Green Distillery where you will learn more about Jack Daniel's origins and the modern whiskey brand with deep roots that's taking the world by storm. AS an added bonus, visit the World's Longest Bar certified by Guinness World Records at 518 feet (157.89 meters) long!! Here you will have the opportunity to not just take photos and selfies but to also belly up to the bar and order whatever you like*. They offer an array of fine foods, spirits, and cocktails.
