About This Adventure

Join us for a delightful 3-hour pasta-making class where you'll create fresh, delicious dishes from scratch! Enjoy hands-on instruction as you whip up homemade tagliatelle and Italian salads, all while sipping your favorite wine. Experience the joy of cooking in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for dates or gatherings with friends!

This is one of our favorite classes in the Dabble Kitchen! You will be absolutely amazed when you see how easy it is to make your own pasta. More than that, you will be amazed at how different and more delicious fresh pasta is... you might never go back to store-bought!! In this class, we'll walk through some of Italy's finest recipes -- you'll be hands-on involved the whole way through! Bring your favorite Italian wine and an adventurous appetite and we'll take care of the rest. If you prefer, get your wine here! We sell it at the studio. !Description of image

Menu: • Caesar Salad you can Recreate at Home • Homemade Tagliatelle with Bolognese • Italian Carpaccio Salad • Italian Cheeses

Registration includes all of the ingredients, expert instruction, and everything you need to have a relaxing evening of fun and food. We'll guide you, course by course, through making your own pasta and sauce and you'll enjoy the meal you prepare together with your date, friends, family, or whomever you choose to invite along -- and other guests you'll meet along the way! This is a hands-on class where you'll learn skills you can use at home and have a great time enjoying the evening.

We'll crank up some great music in our studio, provide ice, openers, ice buckets, and wine glasses and even take care of all the dishes at the end! It'll be a fun adventure! Come join us!

PLUS:

Let's look out for one another during COVID-19 To provide the best experience, and allow all of our guests to be and feel safe, we continue to follow all city and state guidelines and protocols regarding COVID-19. This currently includes: 

  • reduced class size and spacing of tables to allow for social distancing, 
  • increased cleaning and sanitizing of our studio, including all cooking and painting supplies,
  • disposable aprons, 
  • daily temperature and symptom screening of all staff 
  • mandatory face covering for all staff; when unable to wear a mask, instructors will remain 6 feet away from guests
