Highlights

The richness of Italian cuisine lies in its diversity, each recipe, each dish has its own history. Discover the flavors of Italy and how to produce Classic Italian dishes that celebrate and use seasonal produce. This boot-shaped country is comprised of 20 regions, each producing its own culinary treasures. Our instructors are qualified Chefs with many years training in some of the top kitchens. We have created an informal and fun environment taking you through each recipe step by step. This is a hand’s on course with our instructors available to assist you throughout your day. The day starts when you will be welcomed with tea and coffee and the opportunity to meet your fellow guests and instructing Chef. We will give you a short Health and Safety briefing and talk your through what we will be doing during your course. Refreshments will be served throughout the day with lunch usually be cooked as part of the course.

  • Ravioli filled with ricotta and nutmeg

  • Classic Tiramisu

This class is perfect for beginners - no prior experience is needed.

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hen do. It is not essential to book as a pair. Individuals are welcome to book onto this lesson but must be aware that this class requires you to work in pairs and you maybe paired up with another individual for duration of the class.

What to bring?

  • If you wish to take home any of your culinary creations, please bring some Tupperware, tin foil makes a good back-up.
  • If you would like to make notes, please bring a pen and paper, recipes will be emailed to you after your course.

Important to Know

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the course. All our events start with a short health and safety briefing during which time you will meet your Instructor and Course Host.
  • Refreshments will be available throughout your time with us.
  • Masks are not compulsory, however if you feel more comfortably then please do.
  • If one of the participants is below 15yrs old, please give us a call and we can try to accommodate you.
