About

Your first stop is La Pasticceria Siciliana and whet your appetite with an aperitivo. Sipping on a Spritz cocktail and sampling Sicilian arancini is the perfect way to kick off this delectable food adventure. But make sure to leave some room because there will be plenty more to devour!

Next on the itinerary, is a visit to Paciotti, a salumeria in a class of its own. They carry a selection of only the finest quality products. Founded by Antonio Paciottti in 1970, this is a proud family-run business. It's also where real Romans come to shop for ingredients essential to the local cuisine. Your aperitivo experience here, will consist of a pairing of three cold cuts and three cheeses.

The next stop will be determined by the weather. On the warm, pleasant days, local Italians gather at Fischio, a true neighborhood spot where we can enjoy an aperitivo with wine and snacks in the Piazza Eroi. When Rome gets too hot, or the rain is cramping our style, we go to Secondo Tradizione. an elegant establishment where you will enjoy a glass of wine accompanied by an assortment of snacks. The chef behind this swanky spot is Alessandro Cecere, who has worked worldwide in the finest restaurants. Prepare to be wowed with a selection of tasty treats.

Before bidding farewell to your guide and fellow tour goers, you will make a final stop at Gelateria Iamotti. This Gelateria stands out for its commitment to excellence by using the finest quality, organic ingredients. Flavors are freshly made daily and can vary based on the seasonality of ingredients.
