Introkursen är för dig som prövar bikeparken för första gången eller för dig som vill lära dig grundtekniken. Under 2 timmar går vi igenom grundposition och hur man bromsar och svänger på bästa sätt. Vi guidar dig även runt på några av de enklare lederna och tipsar om vart ni kan cykla efter kursen. Max 6 personer/grupp.
