Interested in taking your flat water or whitewater centre paddling skills to the real rivers? In this course we’ll be building the skills you need to successfully negotiate your way down grade 2/3 white water rapids with confidence and poise.
Throughout this course our coaches will work with you to hone your existing skills and introduce you to white water specific paddling techniques to help you towards your paddling goals.
This two day course can be held at different locations all over the UK and Europe.
We recommend being competent on flat water at a 2 star/explore award standard.
This course has a minimum number to run and sufficient water levels / releases to take place - we will notice a minimum of 3 days out from the program if these are not in place to offer a postponed date or refund - we will do our best to notify 7 days out if this is a postponement/cancellation
Focus on stroke efficiency and body positioning early to handle grade 2/3 rapids with balance.
