CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE/REFUND POLICY: All SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds or exchanges. Cancellations occurring one week prior to the experience date can be rescheduled to another available date. Cancellations less than one week prior to the day of the event are not refundable and not able to be rescheduled for another date. If the Judith A Bassett Canid Education and Conservation Center (JABCECC) has to cancel the encounter for any reason, the liability to the JABCECC will be limited to a refund in the amount paid for the encounter.
