Designed by HyperSpace, the venue prioritizes sensory play—walk an “infinite bridge” over an artificial river, pause in blooming digital gardens, and float through star fields while sound and light react to movement.
Set inside Dubai’s Wafi City, AYA sits on Dubai’s coastal plain where the emirate’s sandy geology meets urban fabric; the site’s architecture borrows Middle Eastern motifs while the attraction leans heavily on contemporary media art. The project reflects Dubai’s appetite for large-scale leisure investments and the region’s drive to merge tourism, retail and culture under climate-controlled roofs.
