From laying down yoga to innovative partner poses using straps, each class invites beginners to explore movement and connection. Engage your body and mind through traditional Hatha, sports stretching, and dance conditioning in a supportive environment.

Both Indoor Yoga and Beach Yoga classes are structured improvisations which include a rotating selection of themes, all of which are based on relaxing into conditioning. The level varies with the day but it is always beginner inclusive. The content includes traditional Hatha Yoga, Sports-Stretching, and Dance Conditioning. Dance Conditioning resembles Mobility Exercises.
For Indoor Yoga, you're welcome to bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours.
