Explore the backwaters of the Indian River Lagoon by joining MDC on our new 2-Hour paddle around Browns Bay and Little Snapper Cut. Your tour is guided by a Florida Naturalist, who will lead you through the mangroves and point out all the wild life and natural wonders of our local waters. Our Browns Bay tours are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and depart from the Indian River Lagoon Preserve Park off of Saxon Avenue on beachside in New Smyrna Beach.

Beginners are welcome. Tandem (double) and single kayaks are available.

Children from age 6-12 years old must be in a tandem with an adult.

We do not offer kayak tours for children age 5 and under.
