Adventure Tips

Wear water-friendly shoes

Opt for footwear that can get wet and provide good grip when launching or landing your board.

Apply reef-safe sunscreen

Protect your skin and the local ecosystem by using eco-friendly sunscreen before heading out on the water.

Check tide and weather conditions

Calmer waters are best for SUP; avoid windy or stormy days to ensure a safe outing.

Hydrate before and after paddling

Bring water to stay properly hydrated—paddleboarding may not feel strenuous but it’s a full-body workout.
