About This Adventure

Embark on the exhilarating Inchworm Arch Tour through the stunning Vermilion Cliffs, where breathtaking canyons and unique rock formations await. Experience thrilling sandy trails and the rare Double Arch, all while guided by an expert. This adventure promises unforgettable scenery and a true sense of exploration in the great outdoors.

Be ready for a ride full of epic scenery, big expansive views and a total feeling of being “out there.“ This area is full of canyons, overlooks, bizarre rock formations, archaeology, and a spectacular and seldom seen Double Arch.

Our Inchworm Arch Tour takes us through the Vermilion Cliffs “Step” of the Grand Staircase. The roads and routes to get there are a combination of rocky and thrilling with sections of deep sand.

What to Bring

  • Please bring a backpack
  • Depending on the time of year, you may need a coat and warm hat
  • Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and comfortable hiking/walking shoes are recommended
  • Since it is a sand trail you may want to bring something to cover your face for the ride to the canyon

Important Info

UTV Participation Requirements

  • Children must be 5 years old to be on the UTVs. Please ask about 4WD options for families with youngsters.
  • You must be 21 years or older and have a current, valid driver license to drive the UTV. Anyone that does not have their Driver License with them will not be able to drive.
  • Polaris requires everyone 18 years or older to bring their government issued ID with you for waiver purposes, whether you are a driver or just a rider.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, an adult must be present in the vehicle with you.
  • Helmets are required and provided, along with goggles.
  • You must be able to fasten the seat belt on the machine.
  • The driver must be able to speak and understand English.

Group Continuity & Safety / Protecting our Resources

  • All guests must stay with the group and guide at all times.
  • The guide MUST BE NOTIFIED of any variance to this policy.
  • Do not climb or hike up any steep rock faces or areas indicated as “off limits” by your guide.
  • Do not enter any mine or cave openings.
