Every participating guest will be included in the program at a rate $36 each with a $360 minimum. We can still run the program with less than 10 girls.
Travel fee and online booking fee is not included in this price

What we ask you to provide: 🚐 A close reserved parking spot for easy load in/out
⛳️ Flat ground for a stable presentation area
⛱ A shady location with pop-up/s tent/s
🔥 In the event of high temps (>85°F) we appreciate an indoor, air conditioned location or access to power so we can bring our own fans for cooling (some zoo animals are sensitive to heat).
🔌 Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador journey programs require access to power (not a generator at a park) and Wifi for our presentation. We bring all other equipment.
🎨 Some programs require extra supplies/printing to be provide by you. Please confirm if you are not sure.
Ensure your event location has a stable, level ground and ample shade for animal comfort and participant ease.
Access to electricity and Wi-Fi is necessary for digital presentations and certain activities in the program.
Programs run rain or shine, so having alternative arrangements for heat or light rain is recommended.
Arranging close parking simplifies loading and unloading of materials and helps keep the event on schedule.
