Join our team of Chocolate Sommeliers for a delicious educational adventure here at Mānoa Chocolate. As our guest, you'll learn all about the bean-to-bar manufacturing process and sample a wide variety of treats alongside a cacao tea service. You'll come away with a greater knowledge of the incredible superfood that is cacao, an appreciation for the growing craft chocolate movement, aloha for the emerging cacao and chocolate industry here in Hawaiʻi, and satisfied tastebuds!
We’ve been making award-winning chocolate in Kailua, Oʻahu since 2010. Sourcing cacao from across the Hawaiian Islands and around the globe, our goal is to bring out the best in each bean and contribute to a more ethical cacao industry for farmers and customers alike.
