The venue provides a range of timed sessions — 30, 60 and 90 minute standing VR sessions — plus sessions enhanced with bHaptics haptic vests and dedicated group and party bookings. Equipment includes multiple standing VR headsets, two racing car VR headsets, a roller coaster motion simulator and retro arcade machines, creating a mix of modern VR and classic gaming.
Groups can book private experiences: group bookings provide exclusive access to three standing VR headsets, two racing car units, a motion simulator and arcade machines, suitable for up to six players. Birthday party packages are available in 90-minute and 2-hour formats and include a gamer-themed room, party gift bags, and complimentary drinks for players. VR Warehouse also runs seasonal specials such as a Halloween Phasmophobia ghost-hunt session.
Sessions cover a broad catalogue of PCVR titles — from intense zombie shooters like Arizona Sunshine to multiplayer co-op and racing simulators — allowing both solo and multiplayer gameplay. Staff manage equipment setup, safety briefings and game selection to ensure each visit runs smoothly.
