Full-Day dogsledding gives you a chance to meet your team of dogs and learn how to prepare and safely enjoy a dogsled experience. You will receive instruction on canine physical examinations, proper harness fitment, sled setup, and driving techniques. We will have opportunities to take photos and interact with the teams on trail and after we return. This is a fully immersive experience and participation is required.
As we travel through the wilderness, we'll stop at several points to explore and take in the beauty of the BWCA. There will also be plenty of time for photographs, so don't forget your phone or camera.
Temperatures can drop sharply; multiple layers keep you warm and dry during the full-day dogsledding tour.
