The roar begins before you see it: a glass cylinder at the heart of Mirdif City Centre pushing a steady column of air high enough to lift a person. Participants suit up in a bright jumpsuit and helmet, run through a brisk 20-minute safety briefing, and then trust an instructor’s hands as the tunnel’s breath picks them up.
