Cancellation Policy:
Note: Cancellation requests less than 72 hours prior to the start of your tour or failure to show up will result in no refund or rescheduling option.
• Same day bookings are not eligible for refunds, rebooking or Travel Cancellation Protection.
• Rescheduling is first come, first served and based entirely on availability.
• Rescheduled bookings are not eligible for refund or rescheduling a 2nd time.
• Please note that canceled flights or illness are not exceptions to our cancellation policy.
• In the event that the tour is canceled by Snowhook Adventure Guides of Alaska due to weather or any other force majeure, the reserving party will receive a complete refund.
