What is included in my public Hunter Valley wine tour? Included in your public wine tour will be transportation to and from your pick up location (choice of three locations in the city), three wineries, wine production tour, one course lunch + glass of wine or beer, the distillery, cheese and chocolate paired with wine tasting.
What days do you operate the public Hunter Valley wine tours? Public Hunter Valley wine tours operate Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday, NYE and NY Day).
I have allergies/dietary requirements. Will this be catered for? If you have dietary requirements that are generally more common ie lactose intolerant, vegetarian, gluten free, allergic to nuts or shellfish etc, we will advise the restaurant and they will cater to your specific requirements.
If you have requirements that are little more uncommon, please advise us in advance so we can liaise with the restaurant to confirm your requirements.
We will always try our best to cater for all dietary requirements. No request is too big or too small. If you are unsure, please contact us for further details.
What wineries do we go to on a public Hunter Valley tour? With more than 150 wonderful wineries in the Hunter Valley, we like to rotate the wineries that we visit. So if you are taking our tour for a second or third time there's a good chance you'll visit completely different cellar doors. However please ask us if you'd like to know which ones we are visiting on the day of your tour.
What time do we get back to Sydney/Hunter Valley? If you are returning back to Sydney after your tour, the approximation time will be 7pm. Please note the time will vary due to traffic conditions and variables out of our control.
Is there a minimum number of people to run the tour? Yes, we require 6 people as a minimum number of people to operate our tours.
Will the Hunter Valley wine tour still run if the weather is bad? Can we reschedule our tour? We are not weather dependent for our tours and therefore will always operate. You are mainly indoors in the warmth and comfort of a winery in the cooler months. In the warmer months, you may have the opportunity to have your wine tasting provided outdoors in the fresh air.

Closed-toe footwear is required for the behind-the-scenes winery production tour to ensure safety.
