This is a 4 hour tour for up to 6 individuals. You will need to be at Humboldt Bay Provisions at 205 G Street Eureka, CA 95501 to complete the Assumption of Risk form and have restroom availability, please take advantage of this opportunity.
Dress comfortably with layers of clothing that may get wet or muddy. If you have rubber boots, wear them. Wind chill can be a factor in an open boat. This tour is rain or shine and rain ponchos will be provided if rain is imminent. Weather can play a factor in safety of tour and tours may be cancelled any time due to unsafe conditions. If your captain cancels due to safety considerations your tour may be rescheduled or fully refunded within 5 business days. You receive 12 oysters, per person, to consume back at the Humboldt Bay Provisions upon completion of the tour portion.

Cancellations prior to 14 days of the tour will be refunded all moneys paid less a $10 handling fee per person. Cancellations between 3 and 14 days before the tour will forfeit 50%, their deposit. Cancellations less than 3 days before the tour will forfeit the full price of the tour.
Bay conditions can change quickly; bring layers and waterproof gear to stay comfortable.
Arriving 15 minutes early ensures you can settle in and start the tour on time.
