Conservation

Adventure tips

Hydrate between tastingsBring a reusable water bottle and sip water between flights to keep your palate fresh and avoid dehydration on a long day.

Wear sturdy shoesCellars and vineyard paths can be uneven and muddy—closed-toe shoes with grip make walking and standing during tours comfortable.

Plan for purchasesIf you plan to buy bottles, check winery shipping policies or bring a collapsible bag—many vineyards can ship but have limits on same-day transport.

Pace your tastingThe sommelier will guide flights—ask for smaller pours if you want to taste more without overindulging before the drive back.
