Their HPA Night is a thrilling four-hour session where players of all skill levels and ages (under 14s with adult accompaniment) dive into intense military simulation games under the cover of dusk. The venue at 26 Raywell Street transforms into a battleground as teams strategize and advance through a variety of competitive scenarios powered by HPA (High-Pressure Air) airsoft rifles—known for their consistency and rapid-fire capability.
Arriving at 5 PM, participants gear up with rental packages that include rifles, masks, and ample ammo, setting the stage for a 6 PM briefing that lays out the ground rules and game objectives. The arena is designed to challenge player skills while emphasizing safety and sportsmanship—strictly no “tap tap pause” trigger spamming allowed. With a landscape tailored for tactical maneuvering, players navigate barricades, diverse cover points, and pragmatic urban-style obstacles, honing skills in teamwork, stealth, and marksmanship.
UNIT26 AIRSOFT stands out in the local outdoor recreation scene by combining a high-energy, tactical game environment with inclusive events that welcome newcomers and seasoned players alike. While the natural landscape of Hull is largely urban, this indoor/outdoor hybrid facility serves as a unique hub for airsoft enthusiasts, fostering camaraderie amid competitive play. Set within a city rich in maritime history and close to the Humber Estuary’s salt marshes, this location offers a distinct contrast—urban warfare simulation meets East Yorkshire’s historical backdrop.
