About This Adventure

Embark on a thrilling 4×4 adventure through Kanab's stunning pink sands and red sandstone to discover a secluded slot canyon. Enjoy a guided nature walk, capturing breathtaking photos of unique geology and ancient artifacts. Experience the tranquility of this hidden gem, often free from crowds, before visiting the iconic Horseshoe Bend.

Come with us on an exciting 4×4 ride through the vibrant pink sand and dramatic red sandstone to a spectacular slot canyon in the middle of the desert of Kanab-UT. This is a small group or private tour for those who love adventures.

Both amateur and more serious photographers find it easy to make nice photos. Its solid red color and orange hued glows makes it unique. Most slot canyons are coral, red and white, making it a mixture of colors.

Our slot canyon tour guides you on an easy photo and nature walk. It is accessible to all ages and abilities and led by an expert naturalist tour guide. See wildlife, wildflowers, cool geology, and even some archaeology on this value-packed tour.

Time stands still for you at this hard-to-reach gem. Natives once lived in and around this place and left their marks, lending it an aura of mysticism and wonderment.

OUR PEEKABOO SLOT CANYON TOUR EXPERIENCE IS A GREAT COMPLEMENT OR SUBSTITUTE FOR ANTELOPE CANYON TOURS IN PAGE, AZ

Unlike other slot canyon tours, there are never any crowds here. Most often you’ll have the whole canyon to yourselves. After the slot canyon we cruise stop in beautiful Kanab Creek Canyon near Best Friends Animal Sanctuary where there is a granary ruin and a rock art site.

We, then, hit Horseshoe Bend, about 1 hour away. There is a 0.75-mile (1.2-km) hike on a dirt trail, which is both uphill and downhill. Get a chance to look over the edge of the bend — about 1,000 feet (305 meters) down — to a rock formation in the Colorado River. Horseshoe Bend is the top attraction in both the Lake Powell and Page areas.
