Learn essential horsemanship skills through engaging ground lessons, riding techniques, and culminate with an exciting trail ride. Learn and practice riding

About

Young Adults, Ages 20-30 years old, learn and practice safely riding and handling horses. Gain valuable and interesting horsemanship wisdom. Each weekly session of the 3-week course is approximately 1 1/2 hours. Experience and learn what it takes to be a cowgirl at Cornerstone Ranch!

What's Included

3 week session with different activity each week in the following order:

  • Ground lesson. Meet and understand horses’ mannerisms and characteristics.
  • Riding Lesson. Learn about the saddles and bridles used and how to saddle a horse, then riding lesson to learn important basic while riding a horse.
  • Trail Ride. Celebrate your newly acquired skills and new friends (horse & human) with a fun trail ride as a grand finale to the 3-week program.
