About

We will head to Hacienda Dona Engracia about a 25 min drive from our meeting point. There, we will match you with a horse that suits best your ability. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the countryside and its beauty riding along the Mascota river viewing local scenery and vegetation.

Include in your Horse Back Riding experience is the tasting of our own boutique, hand-crafted artisan Tequila, which is organically manufactured in small batches in the magical town called Tequila. You will learn how to taste an exquisite Tequila and sample our new Rose Tequila.

Did i forget to mention the UNLIMITED Margaritas? Bring your SWIMSUIT for the swimming pool (if river conditions permit, you may enjoy a short swim with your horse). Your guide will take photos of you along the way with your camera if you wish.

What you'll do

You will start with a 35-minute drive through rural Puerto Vallarta to the Hacienda Doña Engracia where your trail ride will start. You will immerse yourself in the tranquility of the countryside and its beauty, riding along the Mascota River viewing local scenery and vegetation, and if the river conditions permit, you can enjoy a short swim with your horse.

We will begin with you riding up into the Mascota River canyon, passing through the Sierra Madre Mountain's lovely foothills and experiencing the true beauty of Mexico.

After riding, we will arrive at La Dulce Vista, an amazing hidden gem where you will taste our own Artisanal Boutique Tequila (Blanco, Reposado & Anejo) and our premium Pink Tequila, which are made in small batches in the city of Tequila.

Afterward, you will satisfy your appetite with a traditional Mexican Lunch! (vegetarian/vegan/pescatarian options) and ride back to the Hacienda. To wind down after your ride and lunch, you can relax in our natural Volcanic Hot Springs, chill in our beautiful swimming pool, soak in our jacuzzis, or simply lie back in one of our many hammocks.

Note: The maximum weight limit for our horses is 240 pounds (95kg). If you're are over 220lbs/100kg and under 5'7'' let us know before booking. We will pair you up with a horse that is right for you.
