Our 90-minute ride provides a more in-depth exploration of the beautiful landscapes around Moke Lake, perfect for those who want to experience more of the area's natural beauty without committing to a full-day trek.

This is a moderately paced trek best suited to riders with some experience, though beginners are welcome and will be supported by our knowledgeable guides. What to Bring Please dress to the weather conditions and temperature.

  • Long comfortable pants, suitable sturdy closed covered footwear (no large heels, crocs or sandals permitted), sunscreen/insect repellent.
  • A water bottle and sunglasses are also recommended.
  • A phone or small camera is recommended to capture your memories (your responsibility).

More Information:

  • We provide helmets and wet weather jackets if required.
  • Moke Lake is approx. 20mins from Queenstown CDB, Allow travel time between activities
  • Check in time 15 min prior to ride departure (we do not hold any rides so please be on time)

Restrictions

  • Min age 8 years old. All children 16 years old and under MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Max Weight 95kg. The well being of our horses is important, clients may be weighed at check in and then you will be introduced to the horse that best suits your riding ability and weight.
  • For the safety of all involved, ALL clients must understand and be able to communicate in ENGLISH for the entire duration of any activity as a safety requirement.
