The ride begins at Rancho Amistad, where horses shift their weight and the scrubland opens toward the Atlantic. You push off across cactus-studded flats, the Divi Divi and Watapana trees leaning into the trade winds as the coastline’s salt-scented air tugs you forward. The trail narrows, hoofbeats fall into a steady rhythm, and the Little Natural Bridge appears ahead—an arched ribbon of coral limestone where surf has carved a frame around the sea.

The east coast’s limestone was built from ancient coral and shaped by centuries of wind and wave; local ranching traditions integrate coastal guiding with horseback culture.
Stay on marked trails, don’t disturb wildlife, and avoid climbing the natural bridge—small groups and responsible guiding reduce erosion and habitat disturbance.
