You leave the city behind and the road narrows to a ribbon of olive groves and cypress lines. After a private 40‑minute transfer north of Florence, horses wait at a country stable and the first dust of the trail lifts beneath hooves. The rolling hills dare you forward as you ride across vineyards and pasture toward a medieval castle that now produces Chianti-classico wines.
