Fish Taxi is a Oceanside, California-based outfitter offering hands-on marine experiences along the Southern California coast. The company operates two primary offerings: the Hoop Netting Lobster Experience and Private Charters. The Hoop Netting Lobster Experience lets participants set their own hoop nets, reel in fresh catches, and learn about local marine life and sustainable fishing practices under expert guidance. The Private Charters are six-person trips aboard a custom Radovich Sportfisher and provide personalized service from Captain Jason Montgomery. Trips focus on direct engagement with local waters, with guests participating in traditional lobstering techniques or enjoying tailored deep-sea fishing outings in San Diego County. Fish Taxi highlights sustainable methods and hands-on learning as core parts of the experience, and field staff guide guests through each step of setting gear and handling catches. Fish Taxi targets families, small groups, and anglers seeking a guided, memorable day on the water. Service descriptions emphasize small-group experiences, individualized attention on private charters, and practical instruction during hoop net sessions. All public materials and trip listings identify the business location as Oceanside and reference San Diego County waters for charter operations. These facts form the basis for planning and booking, with trip summaries providing clear expectations for participants.
