##About Enjoy a beautiful afternoon on some of the interesting and readily accessible reef sites in the area. Bring along two tanks and all the necessary gear. We have a cooler aboard with ice and plenty of bottled water on hand. Feel free to bring snacks, drinks of your choosing and whatever will make you comfortable during the morning. Bring a hat, sunscreen and cover-up clothing appropriate to the season. We have comfortable seating and excellent customer service to make your day one to remember. A professional divemaster will be onboard. We change your tanks for you on surface intervals and do whatever we can to make sure your dives and trip are enjoyable. We will have you back at the dock in time for dinner or cocktails and the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy. Dives trips meet at the dock between 12:30 and 1:00pm with a quick safety briefing then is off to the site. A dive master accompanies every dive and will assist you with gear and show you the wreck. We do not rent equipment so make sure you have all dive gear and tanks. Spearguns and spearfishing are allowed and the fishing license is covered by the boat. Bring your dive certification card as we will need to see it and have waiver and release filled out before departure. Time and depth instruments are required for all divers. Computers are recommended. We supply drinks and some snack but bring a lunch if you so desire.
##What to Bring
If you need help finding rental gear, please let Captain Andy know as far in advance as possible. The Niuhi carries no extra dive gear, so if you show up without a regulator, you're probably not going to dive.
Please show up on time, and be prepared to leave the dock 10-15 minutes after the posted charter time. You can save yourself some time by printing and filling out the waiver before you come to the boat.
We have space for your dive bags and boxes but please pack reasonably. Please assemble your scuba unit at one of the tank holders. Some people assemble their gear before they board, which is good too!
Let the crew know if you have any special requests, we′ll try our best to accommodate you.
Divemasters work for tips, and the customary gratuity for a dive charter is $10 per tank. If you feel the crew went the extra mile to make your day fun and safe, please show your appreciation at the tip jar.
Ensure favorable sea conditions before your dive for safety and optimal visibility.
Protect yourself and marine life by using eco-friendly sunscreen to avoid harmful chemicals.
Getting there ahead of schedule ensures a smooth dive start and time for gear setup.
Double-check your wetsuit, mask, and fins to ensure comfort and safety during dives.
