About This Adventure

#Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class at Sunset

##Duration 1.5 Hours

##About We will begin with an introduction to the class and equipment, followed by a brief Stand Up Paddleboard lesson on land. Then we will launch the boards into the river and paddle down among the green sea turtles and wildlife to a peaceful space to anchor and practice yoga. Here we will enjoy a 60-minute guided all-level flow of gentle movement and asanas (yoga poses) followed by the most relaxing, peaceful, floating savasana (resting pose) to the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. After class we will have time to take photos and enjoy our short paddle back to shore.

This is a beginner class; however, I will offer challenges, and can cater to any level of experience. Let's just have some fun! I look forward to meeting you and sharing my passion yoga and the ocean with you!
