Please note - Galena closes for the winter season Sunday April 3rd. The restaurant, lodge, and ski/snowshoe rentals will not be available after this date. The yurts are still a blast but you will need to be self sufficient.

Tucked into the trees for privacy and just far enough away from the other yurts, Honeymoon yurt (16ft) can sleep up to four people on two double futons. This yurt sits on the ridge line behind the lodge but is off enough on its own that you don’t know anyone else is around. This yurt is great for a couple, small family or 2 single people. The yurts are all outfitted with wood stove for heat, 2 burner propane stove for cooking, all your pots, pans, silverware, glassware, paper towels, toilet paper, newspaper, wood, sleeping pads, solar lights and an outhouse!
Important Dogs are allowed at this yurt but must use the snowshoe trails to access the yurt as there are no Nordic trails open to dogs on this side of the highway.

Even in the slack season, temperatures can drop significantly, especially at night in the yurt.
