Meet Time: 0600 at N17 Return Time: 2-4pm

What's NOT Included:

CREW TIP What to Tip? Well, if you ask the crew, they’ll say “tip till it hurts”. Lol……just kidding. The Charter Fishing is just like the regular service industry, of 15% to 20%. This crew works really hard at baiting your hooks, netting your fish, asking if you want pictures before they clean your fish and taking care of you. An appropriate tip is, each fisherman to tip $20 to $25+ per crewmember.

  • Fishing Licenses- Please purchase in advance! You can do so locally at the Sport Shed in Homer or online at http://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=license.main
  • King Salmon Stamps- NOT REQUIRED UNLESS YOU HAVE A KING SALMON TRIP BOOKED, but if you wish to have one handy, you are welcome to pick one up. You CANNOT keep a King Salmon without this stamp on hand with proper valid dates of use. Best time for Kings is May and end of August!

Harvest cards are REQUIRED for all children 16 and under, as well as residents who utilize a permanent card as their fishing license. This is required for you to record required harvest of certain species such as Halibut and King Salmon
